Went in to try on Omega Watches. Great experience. Met with Evan and he was extremely helpful. They had a great selection and he was able to help me with what I was looking for. Will buy my all of my luxury watches from Burdeen's in the future.

Burdeen’s is top notch, far above any jewelry store I’ve come across. My mom purchased my dream watch here as a graduation present from Roberto. He helped her find the watch I wanted and she said he was very kind and helpful to her. After receiving the watch, I came in to see Roberto to have it sized and instruct me about its functions. He was amazing, and the rest of the staff are friendly as well. Will be returning in the future to purchase a timepiece myself.

This was my first time at Burdeen's. An all around great experience. Traci was fantastic to work with! She made buying my new watch a real joy. No pressure and happy to answer all my questions. She knew I was from out of state and told me it made sense to have it shipped due to sales tax being cheaper where I live. It arrived in perfect condition and I will definitely be back. Thanks Traci!
